As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Manager in our Oracle Application Evolution Services practice, you will lead the functional strategy, continuous improvement roadmap, and day-to-day operations for Oracle Cloud SCM across complex client environments. You will act as the single point of contact for clients, owning both operational support (“Run”) and the enhancement/innovation backlog (“Dev”) in a DevOps delivery model. This role combines hands-on Oracle SCM functional expertise with leadership of cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring stable operations, high-quality enhancements, and strong client engagement. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Act as the primary client contact for all Oracle Cloud SCM functional areas within the managed-services engagement.
Lead DevOps backlog management, including intake, prioritization, planning, and release of enhancements and optimizations.
Oversee both Operate (support/run) and Develop (enhancement/roadmap) workstreams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Provide hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting.
Guide solution design, validate configurations, review functional deliverables, and ensure operational stability through root-cause analysis and systemic remediation.
Direct functional teams (onshore/offshore) in resolving incidents, delivering enhancements, and managing quarterly Oracle Cloud update cycles.
Promote continuous integration and delivery practices, including automation and iterative releases to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
Facilitate key DevOps ceremonies, such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release reviews.
Collaborate with technical, integration, PMO, and architecture teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions and build strong client relationships by identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
Mentor and coach team members, support business development efforts, and contribute to SOW development, estimation, and account planning.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Extensive experience with Oracle SCM applications (preferably Oracle Cloud SCM; EBS SCM acceptable with cloud transition experience), including in a lead or managerial role.
Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Costing.
Proven experience in DevOps or managed-services models, handling both operational support and development/enhancement cycles.
Hands-on skills in resolving complex functional issues, solution design, and cross-module impact assessment.
Track record managing multi-disciplinary teams across diverse geographies (onshore/offshore),and effectively prioritizing high volumes of work.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially with business and IT supply chain leaders.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, release management best practices, and experience with automation, DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), and multi-pillar engagements involving SCM, Finance, and Projects.

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
