The Team
The Visual Merchandising (VM) team shapes impactful brand experiences across DTC, eCommerce, and wholesale channels, aligned with global vision and commercial goals. We elevate our brands voice by adapting global seasonal strategies and partnering with local VM teams to ensure seamless, on-brand storytelling. Through close collaboration with Retail, Marketing, and Buying teams, we bring campaigns to life across in-store and digital environments, creating consistent and compelling consumer touchpoints.
The Position
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible to roll-out the VM strategy of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein within the West area of France, including styling, VM and windows for our O&O stores, our franchises and the SIS, to establish creative synergy across all divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Execute and adapt the Visual Merchandising strategy by working with the VM Manager Full Price, in alignment with HQ guidelines
Ensure to work like a project manager to build out key timeframes, milestones and success measures
Responsible for the development and implementation of visual merchandising across all stores within the area assigned, driving consistency
Ensure delivery of business results by balancing stores commercial needs with best visual practice
Guarantee the strategy execution for an exciting brand shopping experience using store layout, installations, product placement and POS to drive sales and consistency
Collaborate with the Area Managers and Store Managers and act as a key ambassador for the department
Ensure that VM in store staff is well trained and equipped to execute the VM guidelines
Contribute to the seasonal product training to store staff, including in store VM
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders In order to achieve high VM results In all the business channels
Secure constant updates on the KPi's, sell through performances and key metrics analysis
Requirements:
Experience with roaming VMs or extensive experience with VM in-store is required, in fashion will be a plus
Fluent in French & English language (written & spoken)
Based in Paris but willing to travel often
A driving licence is required
Strong planning, organization skills and ability to prioritize & multi-task
Strong communication skills, in order to communicate efficiently and effectively with representatives from various partners
Understanding of the KPI’s and sales numbers is mandatory
Enthusiastic attitude and be a ‘hands-on’ self-starter
Analytical and critial thinking + smart negotiation skills
Good, confident presentation skills
Microsoft office literate, including excel and powerpoint
