Be the one who brings clarity

  • Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, from planning through delivery and implementation.
  • Build business cases, outlining assumptions, cost/benefit analysis, resourcing impacts, and recommended options.
  • Prepare recommendations and decision materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scopes, project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance (decision ownership, communication cadence, reporting frameworks).
  • Support leadership teams and HR functions with process reviews and process‑improvement initiatives.
  • Translate project outcomes into scalable products such as frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, toolkits, or training assets.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and external partners (including RPO vendors) for aligned, seamless delivery.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of project or program management experience within HR or People Operations, ideally in an international, matrixed environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, with Workday and ServiceNow experience highly valued.
  • Depth in a core People Operations area (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, or similar) enabling you to understand functional needs and design structured project approaches.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, time zones, and diverse stakeholder groups.
