Responsibilities: What you will do
Strategic Insight
- Support enterprise and subsidiary-level strategic planning, including long-range planning, scenario analysis, and sensitivity modeling.
- Build and maintain financial models, benchmarking analyses, and scenario frameworks to support investment decisions and pricing strategies
- Identify performance trends, emerging risks, and opportunities; deliver clear, actionable recommendations that improve financial outcomes
- Challenge assumptions and provide creative, data-driven alternatives to support growth initiatives and resource prioritization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing long-term strategy and key decisions through rigorous financial insight and strong judgment.
Business Partnership & Influence
- Act as a Finance partner to business and functional leaders, shaping financial narratives and embedding performance accountability
- Define KPIs and reporting requirements in partnership with stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and decision-useful outputs.
- Ensure integrity of enterprise reporting by reconciling centralized data platforms with cross-functional inputs, reinforcing credibility and confidence in financial results.
- Support in elevating finance’s role from reporting to strategic partnership through proactive engagement and insight-led dialogue.
Continuous Improvement, Automation & AI
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A by enhancing scalability, efficiency, and timeliness of financial insights.
- Lead automation, analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives to modernize planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Support process improvement and policy development initiatives that strengthen the FP&A function and support sustainable growth.
Qualifications: What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally within asset management, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and build durable business partnerships through data-driven insight.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis capabilities with strong attention to detail.
- Expert-level Excel skills and experience with BI tools, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, compelling insights for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with senior stakeholders.
