Heartline Staffing, a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for a travel assignment supporting an acute care hospital in Mission Hills, California. This role focuses on inpatient care coordination and discharge planning for medically complex patients in a hospital setting.
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
This is a travel Registered Nurse Case Manager role in an acute care hospital environment. The nurse will support care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The role includes close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including social services and transportation.

Weekend rotation required to meet department needs
