Description
Heartline Staffing, a Strategic Talent Partner, is recruiting a Part-Time Endodontist for a multi-location dental practice serving the Fort Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral areas along Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Compensation based on production at approximately 55%+ depending on experience
• Daily guarantee provided
• Travel stipend available
• No weekends or major holidays
• Part-time schedule with predictable hours
Schedule & Practice Details:
• Part-time schedule, ideally 2 days per week
• Travel between offices in Fort Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral
• Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Supportive, family-like clinical environment
• Focus on delivering high-quality endodontic care
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive endodontic care to patients
• Travel between assigned offices as scheduled
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dental teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a team-based environment
Requirements
• Active and unrestricted Florida Dental License
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics Residency Program
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Dentrix software is a plus
