Ready to reel in your next big career catch? We’re looking for a skilled Tax Manager to help navigate the waters of U.S. and international tax compliance in a dynamic, multinational environment.
What will you do?
As our Tax Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a wide range of tax responsibilities, including:
- Managing tax compliance across federal, state, and international jurisdictions
- Overseeing income, sales & use, excise, and property tax filings
- Preparing and supporting the annual income tax provision under ASC 740
- Partnering on transfer pricing compliance, intercompany documentation, and related analyses
- Supporting foreign subsidiaries with local tax compliance and working closely with external advisors
- Managing tax audits, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities around the globe
- Collaborating with accounting, finance, legal, and operations teams on tax-related matters
- Keeping an eye on changes in tax laws and proactively advising on risks and opportunities
- Driving process improvements, documentation, and strong internal controls

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax compliance
- Experience with ASC 740 income tax provisions
- Exposure to indirect taxes and transfer pricing is a plus
- Experience managing tax audits and working with taxing authorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Planful experience a bonus
- A motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
