Job type: Part-time, permanent
Hours are estimated to be: 24 hours per week
Expected hourly pay range: $20.00 per hour

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our Orchard Park Shopping Centre shop. Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will be guiding the staff, however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.
This is a position that requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
