Azienda operante nel settore e-commerce di prodotti da bagno artigianali ricerca un/una Addetto/a all’assistenza clienti.

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team dedicato al supporto clienti e si occuperà della gestione degli ordini e delle spedizioni, oltre a fornire assistenza e supporto in caso di reclami.

Attività:
Gestione ordini tramite piattaforma e-commerce
Assistenza clienti pre e post vendita
Organizzazione e monitoraggio delle spedizioni
Gestione e risoluzione dei reclami

Requisiti richiesti:
Orientamento al cliente e capacità di problem solving
Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative
Buone competenze informatiche e dimestichezza con i principali strumenti digitali

Offerta:
Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi prorogabile
