Provvedere a garantire alti standard di customer service secondo i valori del marchio PUMA
Assicurare il raggiungimento di performance di vendita sia personali che del negozio, KPI’s e redditività mediante un efficace customer service
Processare accuratamente le vendite in cassa
Eseguire e mantenere tutte le linee guida del Visual Merchandising secondo i criteri PUMA
Processare responsabilmente la merce in entrata e in uscita
Ambizione nel constatare opportunità di prodotto e comunicarle al management team

Buona conoscenza informatica e dei programmi MS
