Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Sitzungen des Aufsichtsrats und Unterstützung bei der Gremienarbeit (Supervisory Board Office)
Rechtliche Beratung der Fachabteilungen bei der Erstellung der Finanzberichterstattung
Unterstützung bei der inhaltlichen Konzeptionierung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Hauptversammlung
Beratung zu allen Fragen des Kapitalmarktrechts, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Ad-hoc- und Insiderpflichten, elektronische Offenlegung von Directors‘ Dealings und Stimmrechtsmitteilungen
Management der Beteiligungen der PUMA SE
Beobachtung der Rechtsentwicklung in den genannten Schwerpunktgebieten und deren interne Kommunikation
Beauftragung, Koordination und Steuerung externer Rechtsberater.

YOUR TALENT

Abgeschlossenes Jurastudium mit zwei erfolgreich bestandenen Staatsexamen
2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)
Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem und strukturiertem Arbeiten
Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
