About this role

YOUR MISSION

Manage O&O (Owned and Operated) and Partner Channel (Franchise) Stores in the South Region.

  • Responsible for reaching the sales target
  • Managing Store KPIs across the region
  • Business Development in the region

 

Reports to: Senior Director-Retail

 

Key Performance Indicator:

  • Sales
  • Financial account management
  • Stores KPIS (UPT, ATV and Conversion)
  • No. of new stores opened against target (Business Development)
  • Managing the Relationship with partners

 

Organizational relationships:

  • Internal: Merchandising, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, People and Organisation and Legal
  • External: Franchise partners, Mall Management etc. 

YOUR TALENT

Eligibility Criteria And Functional  Competencies Required

  • At least 14+ years experience in sales and/or management.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
  • Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Target oriented
