About this role

YOUR MISSION

  • Steuerung und Management des Funktionsbereichs Global Retail in den strategischen Bereichen Personalplanung, Recruiting & Onboarding, Management, Learning & Development, Performance & Compensation Management, Restrukturierungen und Redundanz
  • Erster Ansprechpartnerin des Vice President Global Retail sowie dessen direkt unterstellten Führungskräften weltweit; kompetente und vertrauensvolle Beratung der Führungskräfte in allen operativen und strategischen P&O sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
  • Beratung und Umsetzung von Reorganisationen sowie Begleitung von Change- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen
  • Enge, proaktive und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Regionalen und/oder Area P&O Teams zur Umsetzung operativer P&O Prozesse
  • Enge, proaktive und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen P&O Center of Excellence zur Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Talent Acquisition und Talentmanagement, individueller und Managemententwicklung, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding sowie People Technology
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat.

YOUR TALENT

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Rechtswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich People & Organization sowie erste Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Retail-Kenntnisse
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Personalstrategie, Recruiting, Learning & Talentmanagement, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding und Arbeitsrecht
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Coaching-Kompetenzen sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu inspirieren
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere im Umgang mit internationalen Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
