About this role
YOUR MISSION
- Establish and analyze the activities of the distribution center with the aim of operational efficiency and satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Review the purchase plan for products destined for the sales area, ensuring the assertiveness of the numbers necessary to achieve the results.
- Analyze purchase negotiations with Latam, contributing to the assertiveness of purchase plans.
- Structure and operationalize the purchase plan, keeping the sales department informed of any changes.
- Coordinate the information on purchase needs in the plan, contributing to the fulfillment of the sales plan.
- Establish and supervise the activities of the logistics operator, contributing to the management of contractual targets.
- Analyze and process invoices destined for the DC, contributing to the assertiveness of contractual deadlines with suppliers.
- Carry out the issuance of invoices, ensuring that they are sent to the transport provider in a timely manner to carry out the deliveries.
YOUR TALENT
- Experience in a similar position, working in distribution center and logistics planning,
- Advanced Excel;
- Intermediate English
- Self management.
- Planning and organization.
