[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive in the Library.[What you will be working on]
This role supports the transformation of the library into a dynamic learning hub that empowers students and faculty.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Support Learning Innovation
Assist in the design, delivery, promotion, and evaluation of creative learning solutions and resources – such as micro-learning modules, e-learning content, and interactive experiences, that make knowledge easily assimilated and accessible anytime, anywhere. Your contributions will help students engage with both their fields of study and essential 21st-century skills like digital and media literacy, sustainability, AI.
2. Enable Digital & AI Transformation
Contribute to initiatives that integrate emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools and data analytics, to enhance library services and improve operations. You will help build future-ready capabilities aligned with NP2030 strategic thrusts.
3. Engage and Connect with Youth
Work with students on campus and online through programs, social media campaigns, and experiential events. Support the Library CCA Erudites and student engagement activities, fostering creativity and collaboration in conceptualizing and delivering learning events for the community.
4. Collaborate on Partnerships
Work closely with academic schools, departments, and industry partners to co-create impactful teaching and learning experiences. Your collaborative approach will help position the library as a trusted partner in education and innovation.
5. Contribute to Project Delivery
Assist in planning and coordinating projects, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring smooth execution of learning services and events. You’ll combine attention to detail with a proactive mindset to deliver quality outcomes.

Digital & Social Media Savvy: Comfortable using online platforms to create engaging content and connect with students as well as the use of Generative AI.
Design & Content Creation: Ability to use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for promotional and learning materials.
Learning Technologies: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning content development, and instructional design principles is an advantage.
Data & Digital Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, app development, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Library Systems: Willingness to learn and apply IT solutions such as Library & Discovery systems, AI-powered platforms, and workflow automation tools.
Experience
Experience in engagement activities, event coordination, or partnership support, preferably in an academic or learning environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with faculty, students, and external partners.
