Role overview: You will be responsible to support the development and implementation of the SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance (TA), a strategic national initiative aimed at enhancing support for mid-career workers to upskill and reskill to stay competitive and relevant amidst a rapidly changing economy. This is a key role that combines policy development, programme management and stakeholder engagement.[What you will be working on]

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract with potential for a 1-year extension and consideration for permanent tenure thereafter
