[What the role is]
SENIOR/ EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, RAIL CYBERSECURITY[What you will be working on]
You will be a key member of LTA Rail Cybersecurity team, focused on keeping the Land Transport Rail systems safe and secure, including Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) systems. The candidate should possess strong technical skills, industry certifications, and expected to keep abreast of new cybersecurity solutions and practices to protect against new emerging cybersecurity threats. The key responsibilities include:
Develop project specific cybersecurity specifications based on industry best practices, prevailing cybersecurity policies and standards.
Participate in tender evaluation for technical proposals on cybersecurity and provide recommendations to the tender steering committee.
Work closely with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity robustness of RTS systems throughout the system’s lifecycle.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
[What we are looking for]
Relevant knowledge in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
Team player and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant experience in cybersecurity design, networks, and Operational Technology (OT) systems will be advantageous.
Candidates with more experience might be considered for senior position

What you'll do
- The role involves developing cybersecurity specifications and participating in tender evaluations for cybersecurity proposals. The engineer will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the cybersecurity robustness of rail transport systems.
