What will you be working on:

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Product Manager to spearhead Data Product(s) at Enterprise Singapore. In this role, you will lead the data strategy, data initiatives and transformation of the digital data products in the agency.

Your Impact

As Lead/Senior Product Manager of Enterprise Singapore, you'll:

• Lead and execute data product strategy, champion the data platform and analytics management as part of the agency data office.
• Drive and articulate the vision and outcomes of the data product(s) and align the product backlog to meet the data needs while ensuring user -friendliness, security, scalability and data quality.
• Responsible for driving the usage adoption across the organisation
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team including data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, software engineers and product manager in delivering data/AI initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Translate and embed data governance policies and management as part of the data platform.

• You are an experienced product manager, with strong track records of leading data platforms in end-to-end implementations.
• You are an advocate that delivers meaningful initiatives that impacts the business using data.
• You have experience in modern product development/management technologies and practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development
• You maintain deep involvement in data operations through understanding of use cases and impact, data landscape and lineage, engineering and platform capabilities.
• You are an outcome-focused leader who guides strategic discussions, and builds trust through demonstrated expertise in product management and practices
• You foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across design, development, product, and stakeholder teams to achieve shared success
• You maintain high standards for data quality, usability, and accessibility while ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business objectives
• You have experience in delivering AI initiatives that leverage on data.
• You have hands-on experience (advantageous but not necessary) with python and ML/AI models, or software development.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 9 to 12 years of experience in Product Management, at least 3 of which in a managerial or leadership capacity
• Proven ability and experience on data platforms and technologies.
• Strategic thinker and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in your work
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and leadership
• Good communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Desire to train, guide and mentor more junior team members
