Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field 10+ years' experience in professional software development of web/mobile UI development Web/mobile UI frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Lit, Aurelia Strong HTML, JavaScript, and CSS skills Software Tools: Issue Tracking software and Unit Testing Frameworks Excellent troubleshooting skills. Analyzing problems with the application software, component layers and design system issues. Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and accessible interfaces. Performance optimization techniques for web applications (e.g., lazy loading, bundling, code splitting). Security best practices in web development (e.g., XSS, CSRF, CORS handling). Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility knowledge. Working with Azure IoT Edge/Hub to deliver hybrid cloud solutions Experience with distributed cloud environments leveraging containerization, Kubernetes and Azure services Experience working with the Aurelia development framework Experience working on an agile team to deliver production quality software Proven ability to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
