Your role:
As a Senior QA Engineer in the Creo Quality Assurance team at PTC, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the product.

Your Team:

You will be part of a dynamic Quality Assurance team responsible for testing different Creo functionalities, including Creo+ viz -

Creo user Interface, trail mechanism, embedded browser, Creo AI Assistant.

Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with developers, QA leads, Tech Product Managers and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute functional, regression, and performance test cases for the application.
• Validate Creo workflows, modeling features, and interoperability across modules.
• Perform root cause analysis and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Automate test scenarios using scripting ( e.g. Python, Playwright ) to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Document test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of modeling concepts and experience with PTC Creo or similar CAD software.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management tools.
• Hands-on experience with scripting tools (e.g., Python, Playwright ) for test automation.
• Familiarity with
  • Basic of AI concepts and their application in QA processes
  • GitHub co-pilot agent to generate scripts to improve existing automation mechanism to improve efficiency
• Added advantage
  • Benchmarking and evaluation in AI during development stage
  • AI concepts for intelligent test case generation and process optimization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering – preferably Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in CAD or engineering software domain

( up to 1 year for scripting tools + GitHub co-pilot agent – preferred )
