• You will be an integral member of our European Retail Presales and Solution Consulting Team
• This is a team of energetic and knowledgeable experts with a focus on designing valuable solutions and providing demonstrations to new prospects and existing customers using PTC’s best-in-class Retail PLM Platform
• Together with the Sales team you will help Retail, Fashion and Consumer Good companies in their digital transformation and global product development lifecycle
• We are passionate about PLM, Sustainability & Compliance, DPC and AI applications for Retail, Fashion, Home and Consumer Goods, Apparel, Footwear… (more information about PTC’s Retail PLM Platform at https://www.ptc.com/en/industries/retail)

• Customer Requirement Analysis: You will review and analyse customer business needs / pain points and map them to tailored and beneficial solutions of our Retail PLM Platform
• Presales Presentations: You will prepare, configure and present demonstrations of our Retail PLM Platform, showing its values and benefits for the customers by also sharing your best-practice and business knowledge
• Sales Support: You will support PTC sales team in qualifying potential opportunities with customers and new prospects
• RFI/RFP Response: You will develop functional and technical responses for customers’/partners’ requests for information and proposal
• Value and ROI Presentation: You will elaborate with your PTC team members value proposals and ROI generated by our PTC Retail PLM Platform and present them to our customers and prospects

• Bachelors/master’s degree in garment or footwear engineering, consumer products engineering, digital business
• Excellent sales and demonstration skills: Presales Consultants collaborate with both the sales and marketing teams to prepare compelling solution presentations and deliver them to new prospects and existing customers
• Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders in the Retail and Consumer vertical and convey the value of digital transformation across varied sectors
• Knowledge of industry challenges and trends within Fashion, Retail, Home Goods and Consumer Products including, global design and lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, sustainability, compliance and digital transformation
• Analytical skills and business expertise to analyse customer requirements and current processes, to help and elaborate Value Proposition presentation for customers which can significantly impact the success of customers 
• Familiarity with digital solutions such as PLM, 3D, and their applications in the retail, consumer and manufacturing sectors to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. 
• English is the primary language, but multilingual will be beneficial, including German and/or Italian, French or others.
