Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Management

  • Own and manage the strategic relationship with Microsoft APAC and PTC’s priority GSI partners in the region.
  • Define and execute joint business plans, including solution alignment, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and revenue objectives.
  • Strengthen alignment between PTC, Microsoft, and GSI leadership teams to drive deeper collaboration and strategic engagement.

Pipeline & Demand Generation

  • Drive proactive pipeline creation through co-selling, joint account planning, and coordinated field motions across PTC, Microsoft, and GSI teams.
  • Track, measure, and report pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and quarterly performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities where PTC and partner offerings can drive competitive advantage.
  • Facilitate PTC solutions to be transactable across Azure Marketplace, when applicable

Enablement & Solution Readiness

  • Ensure partner sales, technical, and delivery teams are fully enabled on PTC’s portfolio and value propositions.
  • Partner with global and regional enablement teams to deliver training, certifications, workshops, and solution incubation.
  • Support partners in building PTC-based practices, industry-specific offerings, and repeatable solutions.

Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Lead regular business reviews with Microsoft and GSIs to monitor progress, resolve issues, and agree on next steps.
  • Drive accountability to joint KPIs across pipeline creation, co-sell activity, ACV bookings, and customer success.
  • Collaborate closely with PTC field sales, marketing, product, and technical teams across APAC.

Relationship Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Microsoft, GSIs, and PTC.
  • Serve as the primary regional interface for escalations, coordination, and partner advocacy.
  • Represent PTC in joint customer meetings, industry events, partner summits, and executive briefings.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in partner/alliance management, enterprise sales, or business development within the enterprise software or cloud ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s cloud platforms (Azure, Data & AI, Industry Clouds) and GSI operating models.
  • Demonstrated success in driving joint GTM, co-sell motions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders across multiple organizations.
  • Ability to manage complex, matrixed environments across global teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Firm understanding of key vertical markets:  MedTech, Industrial, Automotive, High Tech & Electronics, and Aerospace & Defense
  • Based in Singapore and able to travel regionally.

Preferred

  • Experience working with industrial or engineering software (PLM, ALM, CAD) is a plus.
  • Background in APAC markets, especially India, Japan, Southeast Asia, and ANZ.
  • Prior experience at or with Microsoft, or major GSIs such as TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, HCL
