About this role
Pediatric Therapy Resources, part of Strulowitz & Gargiulo/ TwinBoro Physical Therapy, is a dynamic team of 25 Occupational and Physical Therapists servicing the Jersey City Public Schools. We are looking for an experienced school based PT with NJ License and the ability to obtain a NJ School certification to join our team.
Join our team as a Physical Therapist in our Jersey City School District where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapist
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
- Determining appropriate treatment plans through documented evaluations and consultations.
- Carefully transcribing all services provided in an effective and clear manner.
- Striving for professional development and timely completion of duties.

Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Base Salary: Starting at $42.50 per thirty-minute treatment

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload
