Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work complies with company & customer safety standards.
  • Develop and enforce cleaning procedures, permits, and environmental compliance programs.
  • Plan and oversee industrial railcar cleaning (e.g., steaming, flaring, hydro-blasting, chemical cleaning).
  • Hire, train, and manage staff to meet operational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on environmental systems and process improvements.
  • Oversee multiple cleaning project simultaneously in different geographic regions
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Monitor operations, analyze performance, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Uphold KPIs and enforce performance, quality, and safety standards.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well-equipped work environments.
  • Lead by example in safety practices and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
  • Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role involving railcar cleaning operations, safety, and training
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EPA guidelines concerning Hazardous Materials
  • Ability to read and interpret and SDS
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build trust
  • Attentive and active listening skills
  • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Stable work history with good references from past employers
  • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
  • PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
