Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

We are looking for a Junior HR Talent Acquisition (Internship) to join our office in Milan.

What will you enjoy doing:

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial interview screening and scheduling to preparing offer proposals, ensuring an efficient and engaging process for all stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process to create and ensure a positive experience

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters and HR, offering support on administrative tasks, communication flows, and daily recruiting activities that keep the process running seamlessly.

  • Promote Prysmian's employer brand by sharing our values, culture, and opportunities with potential candidates

  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events

    representing the company

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.

  • Provide support to HR and recruiting teams as needed.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is preferred.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset

What we offer you:

  • A 6-month internship contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
