Your Responsibilities

  • Drive OEM sales across Czechia, Eastern Europe and the Balkan region with a strong hunter mentality
  • Leverage a solid technical background to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize deep knowledge of market dynamics, business models, and OEM ecosystems to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key OEM clients
  • Use your established network to accelerate business development and strengthen market presence
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from development to delivery
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through a customer-centric approach
  • Proactively identify high-potential growth areas and convert opportunities into new client relationships
  • Drive business development by targeting untapped markets and expanding our footprint

Your Profile

  • Fundamental experience in OEM Sales
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality and drive for results
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding in Energy context and Applications
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the CEE and the Balkan region
  • Multilingual proficiency (English and preferably Czech, or other)
