About this role

What you’ll be doing

As the HR Intern reporting to the HR BP - Oceania, you will work closely with our HR and Payroll team to assist and gain an understating of a Human Resource department, working across all facets to support the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role will have exposure to administration activities, recruitment, learning, talent and remuneration and benefits.

You will have access to group activities including project work, administration support, document control, filing and assisting with the employment lifecycle (contracts, letters, onboarding and more). As a part of this internship, you will engage and collaborate with many stakeholders across the business while delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

You have the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business and are a proven team member who can maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers.
You have a passion for learning and personal growth. You have excellent general problem-solving skills and able to manage diverse groups of stakeholders effectively with best practice.

You are someone with strong attention to detail, good problem solving skills and a team player. You are pro-active, well organised and committed to providing excellent customer service.
