Wir suchen einen HR Business Partner (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Wuppertal.

Ihre Augaben:

  • Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen operativen HR-Fragen
  • Als Partner:in auf Augenhöhe beraten Sie Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen, personalwirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Themen
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen und internen Stakeholdern: Sie pflegen einen vertrauensvollen Austausch mit Betriebsräten und arbeiten eng mit relevanten Schnittstellen zusammen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien
  • Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Prozesse sowie an der Einführung neuer Tools und Instrumente mit
  • Begleitung von Rekrutierungsprozessen von BC Personal
  • Förderung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur und Unterstützung bei Transformationsprozessen
  • Umsetzung und Begleitung des betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements (BEM) sowie Maßnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung
  • Durchführung und Organisation von operativen HR-Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in einem internationalen Produktionsunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht, Betriebsverfassungsrecht und Tarifrecht sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
  • Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative sowie einen pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil. Empathie und Entscheidungsfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Teamarbeit bereitet Ihnen Freude, und Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP

Your role

You will act as the main point of contact for managers and employees on all operational HR matters.

Advise managers as an equal partner on labor law, HR management, and organizational topics.

You will collaborate constructively with employee representatives and internal stakeholders: maintain a trusting relationship with works councils and work closely with relevant interfaces.

You will Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines.

Actively contribute to the development of existing HR processes and the introduction of new tools and instruments.

Support recruitment processes for non-desk workers personnel.

You will promote a positive corporate culture and assist with transformation processes.

You willI implement and support occupational reintegration management and health promotion measures.

Organize and carry out operational HR activities.

Your experiences

·  Degree in Human Resources or a commercial qualification with additional HR certification.

·  You have several years of experience in HR, ideally in an international manufacturing company.

·  You have a solid knowledge of German labor law, works constitution law, and collective bargaining law, as well as experience working with works councils.

·  Strong communication skills, initiative, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. Empathy and decision-making ability complete your profile.

·  Enjoy working in a team and possess excellent German and English skills.

·  Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP.
