Your role
You will act as the main point of contact for managers and employees on all operational HR matters.
Advise managers as an equal partner on labor law, HR management, and organizational topics.
You will collaborate constructively with employee representatives and internal stakeholders: maintain a trusting relationship with works councils and work closely with relevant interfaces.
You will Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines.
Actively contribute to the development of existing HR processes and the introduction of new tools and instruments.
Support recruitment processes for non-desk workers personnel.
You will promote a positive corporate culture and assist with transformation processes.
You willI implement and support occupational reintegration management and health promotion measures.
Organize and carry out operational HR activities.
Your experiences
· Degree in Human Resources or a commercial qualification with additional HR certification.
· You have several years of experience in HR, ideally in an international manufacturing company.
· You have a solid knowledge of German labor law, works constitution law, and collective bargaining law, as well as experience working with works councils.
· Strong communication skills, initiative, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. Empathy and decision-making ability complete your profile.
· Enjoy working in a team and possess excellent German and English skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP.
