JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for promoting a positive and organized environment as well as providing clerical support as part of the administrative pool.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide phone relief to the corporate receptionist as needed.
2. Greet and direct visitors and partners appropriately and in a friendly and helpful manner.
3. Answer a high volume of telephone calls in a friendly and helpful manner; directs calls efficiently and timely.
4. Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the center/organization.
5. Assist with administrative type duties (i.e. typing, filing, copying, sorting mail, calculations, spreadsheets, etc.) as requested by supervisor.
6. Assist executives in administrative functions.
7. Assist/provide coverage of other clerical positions, as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft suite products.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attend and participate in mandatory in-services.
• Comply with corporate compliance program.
• Follow established safety regulations, to include fire protection and prevention, smoking regulations, infection control, etc.
• Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment.
• Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associates degree or higher desired.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum of two (2) years previous clerical or accounting experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)
Clerical, accounting and administrative support for leaders at an executive level, preferred.
