Responsibilities
- Commitment to caring for patients and partners
- Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
- Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Active, current, unrestricted Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice

What you'll do
- The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for caring for patients and completing all documentation accurately and timely. They must follow established policies and procedures to maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting.
