Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Data Architecture

Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Technical Project Manager to lead critical data infrastructure initiatives, specifically the UDP (Unified Data Platform) and internal Data & AI projects. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between complex Data Architecture and Strategic Program Management. This role requires a "Builder" mindset—someone capable of designing technical workflows (bots/automation) while simultaneously managing high-level stakeholder governance and SteerCo reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Delivery & Architecture:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the UDP Uplift project, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term data strategy.
Hands-on Development: Design and oversee the build of automation bots to streamline PMO and operational processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams (onshore and offshore) to resolve architectural blockers and ensure technical feasibility of data solutions.

2. Strategic Project Management:
SteerCo Management: Own the preparation of executive-level presentations (SteerCo decks) for the CDO and C-suite leadership, ensuring clarity on status, risks, and dependencies.
Manage complex project timelines, ensuring critical path milestones are met across distributed teams (Singapore, Vietnam, India).
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management, procurement, and resource planning.

3. Governance & Operations:
Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and process documentation.
Manage project artifacts, including risk logs, financial tracking, and resource utilization reports.
Translate high-level business requirements into executable technical tasks for the engineering team.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 6+ years in Data Architecture, or Technical Project Management.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Data Platforms (UDP concepts), experience with Automation/Bot building, and proficiency in Project Management tools.
Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical data into executive summaries for leadership (SteerCo level).
* Attribute: Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing both "Engine Room" execution and "Front Office" strategy.
