Participate in strategic projects and process improvement initiatives within Manpower Management who oversees the full lifecycle of distribution channel personnel. Ensure recruitment and offboarding processes comply with both regulatory standards and internal policies.

Job Description:

  • Participate in digital transformation and automation initiatives to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
  • Conduct process reviews and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Execution of the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, user story review, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution and coordination, and post-deployment activities  such as verification, communication, training, and operationalization.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Working Experience:

  • Experience in project management, process improvement, or operations within a regulated industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering transformation projects and implementing automation solutions.

Education:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is an advantage.
