Work within the GPM team to support delivery of high-quality financial reporting Management Information (MI), analysis, forecasting, planning and remuneration content to senior leadership of the Group. Work closely on the underlying process and systems and identifying and implementing improvements to the processes and controls.

This role will support the Business Planning & Forecast team in production of the key FP&A output and will help develop/implement FFP processes.

Key accountabilities:

1. Support the QBPR, business plan and rebase plan processes including development of financial shape, issuing guidance, workshops, LBU submissions, and delivery of board materials; independently communicate with GPM HK and stakeholders to assist in their request and provide clarification when necessary; collaborate closely with FPM HK lead, country directors and KPI owners.

2. Simplify the existing working files which supports MI and Planning deliverables.

3. Enhance the existing MI and Planning process and controls by

design and implement systematic checks and controls.

4. Manage the sharing of Plan information to senior management and function teams within the Group.

5. Oversee BU submission ensuring all data is complete, accurate, and delivered within required timelines.

6. Oversee upload of Plan data to Cognos for LBU submission ensuring completeness & alignment with submitted LBU Plan numbers and timely sign-off is achieved.

7. Assist with any new Planning & Forecast related tasks assigned by FPM HK.
