JOB SCOPE:

1. LEAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS)
Development, enhancement & maintenance of PAMB’s LMS to effectively organize, distribute, & track all leads sources for PAMB. This includes:

- Establish & implement new lead channels to feed into LMS to increase the efficiency of the agency force as well as generate new customers for PAMB. This includes championing the generation of leads from Prudential’s Pulse app.

- In charge of regular checkpoint meetings internally as well as with each partner of lead sources to continuously enhance & adapt on processes, IT infrastructures, TAT, & ultimately improve overall CONVERSION of leads.

- Ground support / trouble shooting for all participating agents & necessary communications & training / re-training for them. This also involves regular alignment meetings with the Agency Performance Management (APM) team.

- Day-to-day maintenance of lead sources, including necessary reporting / presentations / analysis tasks, & associated logistics.

2. PULSE
Development & implementation of new Marketing Features & maintenance of existing functionalities for optimized user experience & drive downloads. This includes:

- Support superior in strengthening Pulse app & running activation campaigns to achieve targeted download numbers. This includes engaging with channels to influence download, & app utilization.

- Ideate new features & establish requirements & end-to-end processes for discussion with stakeholders (including the relevant technology team) in order to finalize & to bring idea to realization.

- Champion Pulse Monetization process – this involves leading the Agent Tagging mechanism & related processes & also collaboration with Campaigns team to run Pulse-Only campaigns to generate opportunities for agents.

- Champion Reward mechanism – this includes securing reward partner & leading the establishment of end-to-end processes to roll out rewards for Pulse.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project manage on marketing campaign to ensure timely delivery of campaign launch effectively and efficiently.

  • Execute marketing campaigns with sizeable, strong proposition and quality leads for agency distribution channel.

  • Ensure continuity in betterment and innovation for campaign launches, communication with internal and external customers and campaign fulfillment process. 

  • Activating and driving on ground campaign awareness through sales channel.

  • Actively handling campaign enquiries via dedicated hotline (agents-fronting) and mailbox.

  • Drive the development & deployment of customer engagement communications via marketing tool - Customer Engagement Platform. 

JOB SPECIFICATION

a. Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.

b. Experience:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years working experience in the financial services or insurance industry preferably in the function of marketing campaign.

c. Knowledge:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Proficient in marketing technology tools (such as CEP, CRM) is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency with computer knowledge especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools (e.g. CRM/ CEP) is an added advantage. 

  • Multi-tasker and good team player.

  • Agile and Resilient with ability to work under pressure and tight timeline.
