We are looking for an innovative and passionate individual to join our Distribution Digital Enablement team. This will be a hands-on individual contributor role to support the strategic vision for our agency’s digital proposition focusing on end-to-end roadmap of the agency digital platforms to drive productivity, improve customer engagement and increase sales conversions for our agency force. You will be supporting the Digital Enablement Leads in one or more digital verticals and responsible for driving new digital capabilities, platforms, and adoption:

Job Description:

  • Strategic Project Support: Assist in the implementation of strategic projects for the Agency's digital applications to optimize sales processes and increase conversions.
  • Process Improvement Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, user productivity, and overall user experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and operational readiness of each release by collaborating closely with Technology and Quality Assurance teams during UAT reviews.
  • Project Management:
  • Track and monitor the status of projects, issues, and action items.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Escalate risks/issue encountered during execution & follow up on actionable items/ mitigations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders across function groups to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Change Management: Manage day to day execution of change management activities, including communication campaigns, training programs, content crafting and stakeholder engagement workshops to ensure business readiness and drive adoption.

Who we are looking for:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in digital transformation project management and execution roles, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • An innovative and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Good understanding of project governance, execution, and risk management standards.
