Responsibilities:

• Collecting requirement documents for BPJS registration and termination.

• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory exit process of terminated employee.

• Performs routine tasks required to manage interns and administration for employee. Prepare supporting data for monthly payroll (recap for loan, etc).

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR Operation.

• Assist payroll team with tax-related activities, including SPT reporting and CoreTax processes.

Requirements:

• Final-year student (with no remaining classes) or Fresh Graduate from any major.

• Detail-oriented.

• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and word.

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commited to join for 3 months internship period.

• Willing to follow Hybrid regulation – WFO (3x) & WFH (2x) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

• Interest or basic knowledge in taxation is a plus.
