About this role

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Proporcionar, atención a los Socios Comerciales, colaboradores y visitantes en la oficina de Promotores y Agentes, por medio de distintas actividades. Para asegurar la solución de solicitudes administrativas de la oficina.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO

Administrar, la elaboración de los contratos de los Socios Comerciales, así como altas, bajas, cambio de datos, etc. de Promotores o Agentes. Para garantizar la entrega de los contratos a los socios comerciales, garantizando la entrega en tiempo.

Coordinar agenda de Head office y funcionarios Comerciales. Para garantizar una buena distribución de tiempos para juntas.

Proporcionar, atención a todos los socios comerciales, así como personal interno de diferentes áreas, trámites administrativos, insumos de papelería cafetería, etc. Para garantizar que se cubran las necesidades de la oficina y crear un ambiente de trabajo confortable.

Procesar, Pagos a proveedores y colaboradores de la Dirección, y dar seguimiento hasta el cierre del proceso, en pagos. Para soportar la operación de la Dirección de P&A.

Realizar, trámites administrativos, varios como son viajes, boletos de avión, hospedaje, anticipos, comprobaciones, reembolsos, etc. Para lograr su cumplimiento en el tiempo estipulado.
