We’re seeking a dedicated LPN to join our Assisted Living team, where you’ll:

  • Deliver compassionate, individualized care
  • Supervise and support care staff
  • Safely administer medications with accurate documentation
  • Maintain medication rooms in regulatory compliance

Schedule: Full Time AM shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm, 5 days per week

 

Wages: $28.00 - $33.28 / hour DOE

 

About you:

  • Current licensure in good standing as an LPN/LVN in the applicable community State
  • Compassion and desire to work with older adults
  • Physical ability to perform job: standing, walking, use of hand and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Pass criminal background check, meet health requirements, including TB test.
