About this role
As a Housekeeper at The Neighborhood at Rio Rancho, you will be providing routine and special cleaning services throughout the community in an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture.

Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner.
Clean respective areas as assigned.
Provide routine housekeeping services for guests and residents of the community.
Provide special housekeeping duties and deep cleanings of resident apartments.
Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act in a calm manner in the event of an emergency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year's experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
Skills in operating housekeeping equipment and tools.
Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies.
Ability to read and understand label.

- The Housekeeper will provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community, ensuring a welcoming experience for residents. They will also be responsible for deep cleaning resident apartments and maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas.
