Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community situated on a vast 20-acre campus, featuring 243 independent living apartments, a 69-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20-apartment Memory Support Center. What You'll Be Doing
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Caregiver at The Meadows of Napa Valley, you will provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living. Our commitment to safety and excellence means you’ll receive training and support tailored to resident needs based on census and patient acuity. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with meals, showering, and toileting, as well as providing companionship and attending to the various needs of our recovering residents.
What You’ll Need
- A desire to provide compassionate care, to learn, to grow and to play a significant role on our passionate Meadows of Napa Valley Team.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of California is required, or 1 year of experience in a facility setting as a Caregiver.
Schedule Options
- Full-Time Rotation: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off
- AM (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- PM (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Wages
- CNA: $20.00 - $23.53 per hour, DOE
- Caregiver: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE

What you'll do
