You will have a depth of expertise in managing complex programs and be ready to make an impact on your client and Proxima.<br></p><p></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>End-to-end management of complex programs that are C-Suite visible due to their direct impact on business performance</p></li><li><p>Leadership and development of a team of specialists to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, client satisfaction, learning and team engagement</p></li><li><p>Contribution to our growth path through driving and / or supporting growth initiatives both in your client and in new client pursuits</p></li><li><p>Act as a senior leader in Proxima, supporting key internal initiatives, challenging the business to evolve and improve whilst acting as a coach and mentor to our team</p></li><li><p>Enhancing Proxima’s brand and reputation in the marketplace through personal and Proxima marketing initiatives<br></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your experience and attributes</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>From a consultancy background, you will have </span>demonstrable experience of managing teams, working hand in hand with clients / stakeholders on programs with senior level visibility</p></li><li><p>A deep understanding of procurement and or supply chain, ideally across sectors and categories, which you can articulate well</p></li><li><p>Exceptional consulting skills and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly with your stakeholders and their senior management</p></li><li><p>Strong intellectual capability and flexibility, coupled with excellent critical thinking skills and a natural curiosity</p></li><li><p>An ability to absorb complex information and turn it into insight, producing impactful recommendations</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to build rapport and connect with people internally and externally</p></li><li><p>A track record of positively contributing towards business culture and an ability to motivate and develop the teams around you</p></li><li><p>Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and a demand for quality at all times</p></li><li><p>Demonstrable ability to tell engaging stories verbally and through high-quality PowerPoint and Word, supported by impactful and insightful analytical skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Why Proxima</strong></p><p>Our culture at Proxima is unique and is what makes us stand out.
