Respiratory Care Practitioner at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. This position is PT and will work 12-hour, Day shifts.

Under the direction of the Manager an RCP II will provide respiratory care appropriate to their area of assignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy Program providing clinical rotations in acute care settings.
  • Upon hire: California Respiratory Care Practitioner License 
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  
  • Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association 
  • Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association 
  • Within 60 days of hire: MAB certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Medical Secretary or Health Unit Coordinator/Clerk

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
