About this role

Provides and manages technical and application expertise along with Technical Service Delivery (TSD)/Help Desk teams for Covenant School of Nursing and Allied Health (CSONAH), Learning Resource Center, classrooms, etc. Identify system optimization and enhancements and collaborate with vendors and other IT teams in order to implement effective solutions.  Assists and educates students and employees with operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Instructional Technology, Education or related field.
  • Experience with Instructional technology platforms and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite etc.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
