Proskauer is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual with experience in professional services business development to join our New York office and lead the business development activities for the Firm’s Structured Credit, Restructuring, Capital Markets and Fund Finance practices. This individual will work directly with partners globally to develop, plan and implement marketing and client strategies.
Proskauer has been intrinsically involved in the evolution of the finance industry, working on pioneering structures and products in partnership with our clients across territories and asset classes.
Our Global Finance Group focuses on a wide range of transactions across the debt markets, with a team of lawyers offering a remarkable breadth of expertise in leveraged lending, fund finance, corporate finance, workouts and restructurings, investment grade and commercial lending, structured products and specialty financings such as real estate and sports.
The Business Development Manager will work with the practices to expand client relationships, enhance market visibility, and increase firm revenue. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution to implement business development and marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives. The Manager collaborates with firm leadership, oversees BD team members, and leverages market intelligence to position the firm for continued growth.
