<p><span>We are looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated individual to work as a <strong>Tax-Free Administrator</strong> delivering fully comprehensive and high-quality Tax-Free services at our exciting new operation at <strong>Frankfurt Airport (FRA).</strong> <strong>Frankfurt Airport</strong> is Germany’s largest passenger airport, it is also one of Europe’s busiest airports with the new Terminal 3 set to open this year to further increase passenger capacity. It is the main hub for the German airline, Lufthansa.</span></p><p></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Reconcile tax free reporting after each day to ensure accurate payments by tax free provider.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide clear explanations of VAT refund procedures and timelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain all relevant word documents, excel spreadsheets and other bespoke documents as required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Liaise with Tax Free providers where necessary.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Resolve administrative problems and enquiries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Open, sort and investigate incoming chargebacks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage local maintenance issues for the software used by tax free providers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure the office is organised and kept tidy and presentable at all times</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Previous experience in customer service, retail, finance, or airport operations preferred</span></p></li><li><p>Highly organised</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy</p></li><li><p>Confident handling financial transactions</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment</p></li><li><p><span>Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in <strong>English/German</strong> required and additional languages are an advantage</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holida</span><span style="">ys</span></p></li></ul><p class="BodyList" style="margin-left:0cm;text-indent:0cm;"></p><p></p>
