About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment as a Supply Chain/Inventory Management specialist, where you will support inventory and supply chain operations to ensure smooth manufacturing and fulfillment processes. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to track materials, maintain accurate inventory levels, and support daily coordination with production. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys organized work and teamwork, and wants to be part of a supportive team working together to keep operations running smoothly.
Bits of your job:
• Forecast raw material and inventory levels, initiate purchase orders
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with manufacturing regarding audits, discrepancies, and corrective actions
• Oversee storage, shipping, and receiving processes
• Maintain shipment and inventory records, identify risks and delays
• Work with internal systems to track inventory and logistics
• Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and procurement teams
• Apply best practices to optimize inventory costs and efficiency
• Participate in regular supplier negotiations
Key expectations:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics roles
• Strong ownership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian

Salary: 1100–1500 €/month net
