We specialize in connecting companies with highly specialized technology professionals.</p><p>We’re partnering with a global technology services company that supports enterprise and service provider customers in the validation, integration, and adoption of advanced networking solutions, working closely with industry-leading technology partners and Cisco technologies.</p><h2>About the Role</h2><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Customer Delivery Consulting Engineer</strong> to support the validation, integration, and delivery of complex, customer-specific network solutions.</p><p>This is a highly technical, hands-on, and customer-facing role, ideal for a senior network engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, validating designs, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of next-generation network technologies.</p><p>You’ll work closely with internal engineering teams, solution architects, and customer stakeholders to ensure solutions are properly validated and delivered in line with customer requirements.</p><hr><h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Plan and execute solution validation activities in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Implement and integrate complex network platforms and technologies in laboratory environments</p></li><li><p>Validate architectures, develop test plans, and document results clearly</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, switching, VPN, and MPLS environments</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with engineering teams to identify issues and drive successful solution delivery</p></li><li><p>Act as a technical point of contact for customers during solution validation and delivery phases</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Requirements (Must-Have)</strong></h3><ul><li><p>+5 years experience working with Catalyst 8ks, ASRs and ISR.
