We specialize in connecting companies with outstanding tech and digital operations professionals.</p><p>We’re partnering with <strong>ABCS Insights</strong>, a tech-enabled insights and measurement company that works with brands and agencies to evaluate the real-world impact of advertising campaigns across multiple channels.</p><hr><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Digital Campaign Tagging & Ad Operations Specialist</strong> to support the setup, validation, and troubleshooting of digital ad tags across active client campaigns.</p><p>This is a <strong>hands-on, execution-focused role</strong>, ideal for someone who enjoys working with ad servers, digging into technical details, and ensuring campaigns are tagged correctly so impressions and exposure data are captured accurately.</p><p>You’ll work closely with internal teams, agencies, and clients to ensure clean, reliable tagging and smooth campaign execution.</p><hr><h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Set up, QA, and distribute digital ad tags for active client campaigns</p></li><li><p>Validate tag firing, macros, and delivery behavior before and during campaign launches</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot tagging, firing, and impression tracking issues with clients, agencies, and media partners</p></li><li><p>Investigate impression discrepancies and identify root causes</p></li><li><p>Document tagging requirements, issues, and resolutions clearly</p></li><li><p>Act as the technical point of contact for tagging-related questions during campaign execution</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Requirements (Must-Have)</strong></h3><ul><li><p>1+ year of hands-on experience in <strong>digital campaign tagging or ad operations</strong></p></li><li><p>Proven experience creating, validating, and troubleshooting <strong>digital ad tags</strong></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <strong>digital ad servers</strong>, especially <strong>Google Campaign Manager (CM360)</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience working with platforms such as <strong>TradeDesk and/or Innovid</strong></p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of <strong>impression tracking</strong> and common causes of discrepancies</p></li><li><p><strong>Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English</strong>, comfortable in client-facing communication</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Experience supporting measurement, analytics, or advertising operations teams</p></li><li><p>Exposure to <strong>display, video, or connected TV</strong> campaign setups</p></li><li><p>Experience working directly with <strong>agencies or brand clients</strong> on technical implementations</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of how <strong>ad exposure data</strong> is used for measurement and reporting</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h3><p>🏖️ 10 days of PTO<br>🗓️ US Holidays<br>🌍 100% remote work (LATAM)<br>🎯 Ownership of tagging quality across live production campaigns<br>🤝 Collaboration with a technically strong, client-facing Ad Operations team</p>
