Job Summary:

As a Voice Operations Specialist, you will serve as the main communication contact for ProMedica hospitals. 

In this role, you will operate the phone system and manage all outside phone calls and internal calls.

You will also dispatch officers and document security activities. 

You will be responsible for paging emergency information, physicians, and codes. This role also manages surveillance monitoring and accessing control alarms.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous experience as a Dispatcher or Operator
