To strengthen our development capacity, we’re adding a Senior Developer who complements our Lead Developer and team with coordination, structure, and delivery focus. Important: the work must be performed on-site at our Poland office.
Job Description
You keep our development workflow running smoothly: guiding stand-ups, driving sprints, aligning priorities, and ensuring the team delivers with quality and clarity.
You work side-by-side with our Lead Developer. Together, you will form the backbone of our technical operation, balancing innovation with execution, long-term architecture with day-to-day product development.
What You Will Work On
- Lead daily workflow: stand-ups, sprints, retros
- Build and maintain PHP & WordPress-based platforms
- Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Implement new features, integrations, and automations
- Collaborate with design, product, and editorial teams
- Support DevOps workflows and AWS infrastructure
- Mentor team members and improve development standards
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong PHP, WordPress, Git/GitHub knowledge
- Experience with AWS, containers & cloud architectures
- Familiarity with Logto, authentication flows, and identity management (nice to have)
- Strong communicator who enjoys coordinating and aligning, communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Structured mindset: planning, clarity, and process focus
- Proactive, improvement-driven, collaborative
